JUNE 5-6 RESULTS
Saturday's event was washed out due to rain.  Sunday began with perfect
conditions and clear skies.  However, the forecast once again was calling for rain
later in the afternoon so the clock was running.  Multi-time class champion Glenn
Stickels out ran the red bullet of Frankie Stotz by the slimmest of margins to claim
the pole in the opening round of 2010.  Stickels ran a 7.55 to Stotz's 7.56.
FINAL QUALIFYING ORDER
In the first round Joe Peters with his trusty Zuk
wrapped in new colors took on David
Gushiniere.  Peters was uncharacteristically
late giving Gushiniere an .08 holeshot.
However, Peters laser straight run drove past
Gushiniere on the top end for the win running
an 8.09 to an 8.40.  Matt Thomas aboard the
Beltran owned and tuned Busa also with new
colors came out against Bob Krzemiens rebuilt
1150 also with new plastic and paint.

2) Frankie Stotz
3) Matt Thomas
4) Joe Peters
5) David Gushiniere
6) Bob Krzemien
7) Robby Johler
8) Terry Cook
Krzemien drilled the tree cutting an .034 rt leaving Thomas the job of making up
ground.  Once Thomas got rolling with the turbo spooled up it was all over, Thomas
runs an 8.24 to take down Krzemien's 8.63.

Frankie Stotz now would pair with Robby Johler for their first round pairing.  Johler"s
tenth of a second holeshot over Stotz looked promising until the Honda got a hold of
the track around 100 feet out.  At that point the 180 mph charge was more than
Johler could hold off and Stotz would advance posting an 8.56 to a 10.19.  Rounding
out the opener was Glenn Stickels and Terry Cook.  Terry Cook had the best light of
the round cutting an .026 to Stickels wait and see .156.  Kind of a Vance & Hines type
of light, get'um on the big end.  Stickels had it glued down tight running a round best
ET of 7.58 @ 190 to put Cook on the trailer.

will count and race is completed.  This entire weekend will be rescheduled.
