We are pleased and honored to extend our greatest appreciation to
everyone who helped make the annual pig roast another great success! In
particular we need to point out a few specific people. Namely the
"Margarita Queens" Rose Homuth, Cathy Klemme and Tyla Cole. During
the first four events these ladies walked the entire track selling 50/50 raffle
tickets to help fund this event. Rose spent a week straight cooking all of the
pulled pork you saw, close to 100 pounds! All three ladies were also serving
everyone who was in line. That was close to 200 people. Mark Nettesheim
also gets a special shout out for supplying five coolers full of adult
beverages! We also need to thank everyone who brought dishes to pass, it
is the coolest thing to see some many people work together to make this
